Can you respond to a home inspector’s structural finding?
Clayborn Group offers home inspection letter responses and structural evaluations. Send the report and the specific question that needs to be addressed. The team will confirm the evaluation and documentation required; a letter is not a promise of a particular finding.
Can you help with removing a load-bearing wall?
Structural engineering can be part of an interior remodel. Send photos and your proposed layout so we can discuss the scope, which may include assessing existing framing and designing the structural changes. Do not remove structural elements before the project has been evaluated and an appropriate plan established.
Does an assessment include repair drawings or permit plans?
Only when those deliverables are included in the agreed scope. An assessment may identify a need for additional investigation or design. We define the services in your proposal so you know what is included.
How soon can the work begin?
Scheduling depends on the property, required service, site access, and current availability. Include any closing, construction, or permit deadline with your inquiry. We confirm timing before you rely on a schedule.
Can I send photos before scheduling a visit?
Yes. The residential inquiry form accepts plans, photos, and documents. They help us understand and price the request, but may not replace a site visit or further investigation.
