Capture the building as it exists. Clayborn can laser scan existing residential and commercial properties and provide organized digital existing-condition documentation for planning, coordination, and design.
This is available as a standalone service. You do not need to purchase permit drawings or engineering to have a building scanned. We come to the site, scan the existing conditions, and hand back organized digital documentation you can use.
Available deliverables may include 360-degree site imagery and scan files such as E57 or LGS, based on the format you require. Tracing, as-built drawings, CAD/BIM conversion, and design and engineering are separate services, provided only when they are separately requested.
