When I purchased the building, I was unaware that commercial property must go through Homeland Security prior to working with city planners. Richard was masterful in his ability to navigate the system, providing both guidance and detailed plans. I had building permits the day I closed on my building - in Carmel! In just 3.5 months, we went from a historic building with no walls, windows, or floors to a business serving the public. The salt caves contain 22 TONS of Himalayan salt, which required a great deal of engineering - Richard's team was there every step of the way. I am grateful for his knowledge and professionalism. (The fact he is a great guy is an added bonus!) Hire Him!
